ROOMS AT MARINER'S COTTAGE

The cottage is comfortably furnished throughout and has a twin bedded room, one single bedroom,in addition to bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and sun lounge, with ample storage throughout. The cottage is double glazed and centrally heated.

The two bedrooms are located on the first floor adjacent to the bathroom.

A double futon sofa bed is provided in the sitting room for additional sleeping accommodation.

The bedrooms have panoramic sea and coastal views. Each room has good qualiity single beds,ample drawer and wardrobe space and co-ordinated bed linen and decoration.

The bathroom has a bathroom suite together with an electric shower.

The sitting room is an attractive room with expansive sea views. It has a three-piece suite, futon, color TV/video in addition to other furniture.A marble fireplace with a real gas flame fire is also a charming feature of this room.

The kitchen is well fitted throughout. New electric cooker. There is a microwave cooker to complete the cooking options. A refrigerator, freezer and plenty of cupboard space is provided, together with a full range of utensils. A washing machine/tumble dryer and ironing facilities are also available. In the sun lounge is a pine dining table at which breakfast and other meals may be enjoyed.

Overall the accommodation is very comfortable,in a convenient location and should ensure that a good holiday is enjoyed by all. The cottage is set in its own grounds with off-road private parking. There is a garden, patio and drying area to the rear.
