Important Information
ARRIVAL
Please do not arrive before 3.00 p.m. on the first day of your holiday. This gives me time to prepare the property for your arrival. You should vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure, leaving it reasonably clean and tidy. If you arrive and find things are not as they should be, or something breaks down during your stay, please contact me immediately, next door at Creel Cottage, so I can sort it out . Note: It is vital you telephone me several days before setting off on your holiday so that you can confirm your arrival time, arrange for the collection of keys and discuss any other details.
PETS
Permission should be sought at the time of booking for any pet which you may wish to take with you on holiday. All pets should be kept under strict control and should never be left alone in or near the property. Animal hairs should be removed from carpets and furniture.
Pets should not be allowed to soil the garden or grounds around the cottage and pets are not permitted into bedrooms or onto furniture.
CLEANING
You must leave the cottage in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. I do not have much time to prepare it for the next visitor and your co-operation in this respect will be very much appreciated.
