The amount payable is £50.00, per week. Bookings
made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday
must be paid in full.
Balance of Payment
On receipt of your booking form and deposit, I will
send you a Confirmation of Booking, showing the
balance due, which must be paid 6 weeks before the
start of the holiday.
Reminders
Will not normally be sent, if the deposit or balance
is overdue, I shall regard the booking as cancelled
if I cannot make contact with you. On receipt of
the balance I will send you detailed travelling
directions which will include the address and telephone
numbers you will need before setting off on your
holiday.
Cancellations
You may be unfortunate enough to have to cancel
your holiday. Where this is the case, holidays cancelled
before the start of the holiday and the week/s successfully
re-booked by the owner, you will receive a refund,
less the £50 deposit sent at the time of booking,
to cover administrative costs. Note: if you must
cancel your holiday, tell me immediately, so that
I can make appropriate arrangements.
ARRIVAL
Please do not arrive before 3.00 p.m. on the first
day of your holiday. This gives me time to prepare
the property for your arrival. You should vacate
the property by 10.30 am on the day of departure,
leaving it reasonably clean and tidy. If you arrive
and find things are not as they should be, or something
breaks down during your stay, please contact me
immediately, next door at Creel Cottage, so I can
sort it out . Note: It is vital you telephone me
several days before setting off on your holiday
so that you can confirm your arrival time, arrange
for the collection of keys and discuss any other
details.
PETS
Permission should be sought at the time of booking
for any pet which you may wish to take with you
on holiday. All pets should be kept under strict
control and should never be left alone in or near
the property. Animal hairs should be removed from
carpets and furniture.
Pets should not be allowed to soil the garden or
grounds around the cottage and pets are not permitted
into bedrooms or onto furniture.
CLEANING
You must leave the cottage in a reasonably clean
and tidy condition. I do not have much time to prepare
it for the next visitor and your co-operation in
this respect will be very much appreciated.
